What families ask most
Nothing in this app is public. The resource library, scouting reports and team photos are behind sign-in, and you only ever see the teams you were invited to. Photos and videos you upload for highlights are private to your coaches and club administrators — they are never posted anywhere without a coach or administrator approving the post first, and they are never shown to other families or players. Accounts can only be created with an invite code from your coach.
Information we collect
We collect the information you provide when creating an account, joining a team with an invite code, uploading highlight submissions, and communicating with us. This may include your name, email address, team affiliations, and any media or messages you submit.
How we use information
We use your information to operate the team resource library, process highlight submissions, communicate service updates, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and security
Data and uploaded media are stored through our backend service provider. Access is limited by authentication and role-based permissions. No system is completely secure, so we encourage you to use strong passwords.
Sharing
We share data only as needed to run the service — for example, with the cloud infrastructure provider that hosts the app. We do not share information with advertisers.
Your choices
You can review and update your account information, request deletion of your account and uploaded content, or opt out of non-essential communications by contacting us.
Children's privacy
The service is intended for team coaches, parents, and players. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us so we can delete it.
